Becky Lutz Photography Wedding Package Prices Choosing your wedding package will depend on many wedding day variables including the length of the ceremony and reception, the amount of wedding day coverage you desire and the type of wedding album you desire. My packages are divided into two levels. Level 1 is a full service line which includes planning sessions with the couple and a diverse selection of wedding day coverage and albums from which to choose. Level 2 provides a line of packages to meet the more modest needs of couples focusing on the wedding day coverage over album choice and includes planning sessions with the couple. While I offer a large variety of wedding packages, you still might not find a package to meet your personal needs. Please contact me for custom package pricing. $1800.00 - This package includes three hours of photography at one location.One set of 100 to 130-4X6 prints and a CD of your digital files with full rights to reproduce your images. An 8X10 leather wedding album with 18 images of your choice.
$2400.00 - This package includes three hours of photography at two locations, one set of 150 to 200 4X6 prints and a set of CDs of your digital files with full rights to reproduce your wedding images. An 8X10 leather wedding album with 20 images of your choice and 2 5X7 leather wedding albums. Each 5X7 album will contain 18 images of your choice.
$3000.00 - This package incudes four hours of photography at three locations, one set of 200 to 275 4X6 prints and a set of CDs of your digital files with full rights to reproduce your wedding images. An 8X10 leather wedding album with 20 images of your choice and 2 5X7 leather wedding albums. Each 5X7 album will contain 18 images of your choice.
$3600.00 - This package includes six hours of photography at three locations, one set of 250 to 350 4X6 prints and a set of CDs of your digital files with full rights to reproduce your wedding images. A custom 8X10 leather wedding album and 2 5X7 custom leather wedding albums. .
$4200.00 -This package includes eight hours of photography with two photographers at three locations one set of 300 to 500 4X6 prints and a set of CDs of your digital files with full rights to reproduce your wedding images a DVD a custom 8X10 leather wedding album and 2 5X7 custom leather wedding albums.
$5000.00 - This package includes full coverage of rehersal and full coverage of the wedding day, from the hair dressing to the couple leaving. Two photographers will accompany the bridal party throughout the day. You will receive one set of 600 to 800 digital files on CDs with full rights to reproduce your wedding images and a cataloge of those files a DVD, a custom 8X10 leather album, 2 custom 5X7 leather albums and 12 framed 5X7 wedding party portraits. |

Traditional VS. Photojournalistic
Coverage will vary in time as well as style. Most photographers will offer a combination of styles and of course, keeping to one style, like traditional, could be a negotiating point in the price. Traditional coverage generally includes a set list of images many of which most are posed , unlike the photojournalistic styleI, which has the photographer or photographers doing a moment by moment style of photography. This style leads to many more pictures being taken and usually a larger price tag results. Photographers who feature this style are generally on the move during the event trying to capture every moment. The traditional wedding coverage will have the photographer sticking with a fairly standard list that you can usually customize but a list none the less. Often precious moments are not caught using this approach. While the traditional should cost you less, it could also cost you in terms of the pictures you didn't get because the photographer stuck to the list that you contracted.
I negotiate because I don't believe in a "one size fits all" world. The amount of time,coverage and shooting that is required to capture a wedding using a photojournalistic approach requires much more from the photographer on the day of the wedding as well as afterward than a straight forward tradition wedding package. Because no two weddings are the same, I don't believe they should approached using the same photographic method, and so I am always willing to adjust my packages to meet the specific needs of my client.
